Return Process

  Log into your Vsalon account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Products

  Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
